Definitions
EA ONLINE SHOP: A premier e-commerce platform governed by these Terms, delivering seamless, innovative, and customer-centric online shopping experiences to a global audience.

Service: Any product or functionality provided by EA ONLINE SHOP via its websites, mobile applications, or offline.
User: Any individual who uses EA ONLINE SHOP services.
Client: A customer or end-user making purchases or engaging with offers on EAONLINE SHOP.
Partner: A business entity or vendor using EA ONLINE SHOP’s platform to sell goods, run offers, or access Business Portal features.
Offer: A temporary discount or promotional deal made available to Clients through EA ONLINE SHOP.
EA Business Portal: A tool for partners to manage offers, track performance, and access promotional features.
EA Wallet: A digital wallet feature used to store funds, receive refunds, and make purchases within EA ONLINE SHOP.
Top-Up Function: A feature that allows Users to preload funds into the EA Wallet.
Auto Top-Up Function: A setting that allows automated additions to the EA Wallet based on timing or balance thresholds.
Campaign Fee: A charge that may apply to partners participating in promotional Offers subsidized by EA ONLINE SHOP.
Goods Price: The listed price of an item on EA ONLINE SHOP before any applied discount.
Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable individual.
Confidential Information: Business, technical, or financial data that is protected under the confidentiality clause.
Applicable Laws: All relevant laws and regulations in force that must be adhered to by Users and Partners.

1. Who We Are
EA ONLINE SHOP is an integrated online marketplace that seamlessly connects buyers and sellers across global markets. The platform offers secure transactions, streamlined logistics, robust digital payment solutions, and a structured dispute resolution system—ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience for all users.
1.1 Access and Use of Business Portal
Upon registration, sellers are granted full access to the EA ONLINE SHOP Business Portal. This portal is designed to allow vendors to manage their storefronts, upload and update product listings, track orders, and monitor performance metrics. All actions taken within a seller’s account are their responsibility. It is imperative that sellers maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensure all information submitted is accurate and up-to-date. Sharing access with unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
1.2 Service Fees and Charges
A standard service fee of 15% is applied to every completed transaction through EAONLINE SHOP, unless an alternative rate is agreed upon. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s earnings and contributes to platform maintenance, transaction processing, and customer support.
1.4 For Sellers
Sellers on EA ONLINE SHOP are provided with advanced tools to manage their storefronts, upload and update products, handle inventory, run promotional campaigns, analyze performance, and process earnings withdrawals.
 Activation Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $20 USD is required to activate a seller account. This fee covers administrative onboarding, identity verification, and promotional support to enhance visibility for new sellers on the platform.
Seller Guidelines:
 Warehouse Product Requirements: Sellers must ensure that all products provided for warehouse storage meet the platform’s standards. Only products in excellent working condition, with no electrical faults, cracks, marks, or disfiguration, will be accepted.
 Accurate Product Details: Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions for each item they list, including specifications, dimensions, and other relevant details.
 Product Condition: All products submitted must be in perfect working order, without defects or damages.
 Payment Information: Sellers are required to have a Payoneer account for receiving payments. All earnings will be paid into the seller’s Payoneer account, from which they can transfer funds to a basic bank account in their country.

 Withdrawal Timing: Sellers may withdraw their earnings:
i. End of the week: On Friday, by the end of the business day, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
ii. Beginning of the week: From Sunday through the end of the business day on Monday.
iii. Alternatively, monthly withdrawals can be made at the end of each month, with funds transferred by the end of business day on the last Friday of the month.
Sellers must comply with these guidelines to ensure smooth operations, maintain product quality, and meet the expectations of buyers on the platform.
2. Scope and Consent
These terms cover all EA ONLINE SHOP services, including web, mobile, and support platforms. By using any part of the platform, users agree to the terms outlined herein.
2.1 Offers and Promotions
Sellers have the ability to create discounts, flash deals, and special offers through the Business Portal. While the platform provides marketing tools to amplify the reach of these offers, EA ONLINE SHOP retains the right to halt or adjust any
promotional activity at its discretion. Costs incurred from participating in promotional campaigns are the seller’s responsibility unless a shared arrangement has been pre-approved.
2.2 Personal Data Controller
EA ONLINE SHOP is the designated data controller responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes independently managing and safeguarding any customer or transactional data. Both parties must comply with local and international data protection regulations, such as the GDPR. All clients must implement robust data protection measures to avoid breaches or unauthorized access.

Data Collected and Used by EA ONLINE SHOP:
i. Personal Data: Includes names, contact information, device data, transaction history, behavioral analytics, and more, used to provide a tailored experience and ensure security.
ii. Legal Basis for Processing: Data is processed based on user consent, contract fulfillment, legal obligations, and EA ONLINE SHOP’s legitimate interests.
iii. Sharing Your Data and Data Retention: Your data may be shared with thirdparty service providers, payment processors, logistics partners, or regulators under strict confidentiality agreements. Data is retained for as long as necessary for service delivery or as legally required, even after account closure. iv. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: All information exchanged through the Business Portal, including strategies, pricing, and personal data, is considered confidential. Sellers are prohibited from sharing, leaking, or misusing this data for personal gain or third-party benefit. All intellectual property belonging to EA ONLINE SHOP must be used only as permitted and
cannot be reproduced or modified without authorization. v. Your Rights: You have the right to access, amend, delete, or restrict the use of
your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. 

vi. Age Limitation: Users must be 16 years or older to create an account. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be deleted. 
3. Limitation of Liability
EA ONLINE SHOP disclaims all liability for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, data breaches, or service interruptions, unless proven to result from willful misconduct. Sellers use the platform at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain backup copies of their listings and communications.
4. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. In cases of misconduct, fraud, or violation of the terms, EA ONLINE SHOP reserves the right to immediately revoke access and freeze the associated seller account. Sellers must ensure that all active orders are fulfilled before termination.
5. Policy Updates
EA ONLINE SHOP reserves the right to amend or update its policies at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. EA Wallet Terms and Conditions
The EA Wallet enables users to manage funds securely within the platform. It supports top-up, auto top-up, and partial payment options. EA Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred externally. Refunds for qualified returns (when allowed) will be credited to the EA Wallet.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party through written notice. EA ONLINE SHOP reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate a seller’s account in the event of fraud or violation of these terms.
8. Amendments and Updates
EA ONLINE SHOP may periodically revise its Business Services Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, or operational strategy. Sellers will be informed of major changes via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies agreement to the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the jurisdiction and laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be settled in Ghanaian courts, unless otherwise resolved through arbitration or mediation. 

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies and similar technologies are used for functionality, analytics, personalization, and advertising. Users can manage their cookie settings in their browser. Data is used to enhance service functionality, improve security, deliver marketing, process transactions, and maintain platform operations.
11. Communication and Marketing
Users will receive transactional messages and may opt into promotional communications. Unsubscribing options are available in user profile settings or directly through emails.
12. Returns and Refunds
All product sales on EA ONLINE SHOP are considered final. The platform does not offer refunds or accept returns unless otherwise explicitly noted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly verify product suitability, including size, specifications, and condition, before making a purchase.
13. Terms of Use
Users must provide accurate information, refrain from fraudulent behavior, and adhere to all platform rules and guidelines. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
14. Intellectual Property
All content available on the EA ONLINE SHOP platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of EA ONLINE SHOP or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. Partner Offers Addendum (Sellers)
Sellers may participate in short-term promotional offers via the Business Portal or direct agreement. Sellers are required to honor all terms and conditions related to these offers. Cost-sharing and discounts related to these offers will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
